
We are currently assisting a Education company looking to hire a Corporate Language Training Manager.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate language training programs
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for language and professional training services
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Customize training solutions based on client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure program quality and client satisfaction
- Monitor project delivery, training schedules, and post-training evaluations
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term client retention
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in training, education, or services industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience handling corporate clients.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
