We are currently assisting a regional clients of us in Tech Hospitality looking for a Country Director for its operation in Philippines. This role will be leading the Country's operation with emphasize in the business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Set and execute strategic goals and revenue forecasts for the Philippine market through the creation of actionable business strategies and growth plans.
- Provide leadership to and expand the teams responsible for Sales, Business Growth, and Product Offerings, aligning them with long-term business objectives.
- Expand local partnerships, product offerings, and revenue streams to enhance the commercial success of the Philippine operations.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team across multiple departments such as Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management, and Operations.
- Foster a culture of performance accountability through refined performance indicators and aligned incentive structures.
- Develop and deploy innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives to increase visibility and market reach
