Job Description

The Head of HR is a strategic leadership position responsible for directing all Human Resources functions to support the company's rapid growth in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the Country Manager and regional leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, profitability, and expansion plans.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment (professional and mass hiring) and develop talent management strategies, including performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance, and inclusive workplace culture. This includes advocacy for employee mental health and developing programs for new managers.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Manage the HR team and oversee all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR leadership, at least 8-10 years of experience, with a background in fast-paced, high-growth industries (tech or start-up companies preferred).
  • Solid experience in managing talent acquisition and employee relations. 
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior executives
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Agile, proactive, and capable of working in a high-performance environment.
