Job Description

Oversees reporting function, ensuring accuracy and meliness delivery of management reports based on Group timeline
Oversees treasury activies, managing cashflow to support growth, opmize return on any spare cash
Responsible for managing tax compliance and tax opmiza on. Key contact for local tax authority for any tax audit
Ensure satisfactory comple on of annual statutory audit and support Group audit
Oversees audit for franchise partner, supervise/support action plan to rec fy areas of incompliance
Spearhead the implementation of group internal policy for Holding Company, lead regular audit to ensure compliance
Actively improve current finance processes and grow current finance team to support business growth

Qualified Accountant with over 10 years of experience in leadership role for accounting and finance function at a mul-national company. Candidate with experience in both Indonesia and Vietnam preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Big four experience preferred.
Proven track record in compliance implementation
Detailed oriented and hardworking with the spirit of striving for excellence
Good communicator and strong commercial acumen
Strong excel and PowerPoint skill; Experience of using Oracle and BI systems preferred.
Passionate about education sector.
