On behalf of our clients, a Retail company that is currently looking for Marketing Manager position. This role will be responsible for managing the entire marketing activities both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base.
- Create and execute 360 marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, events, etc.).
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve individual and team targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster business opportunities and collaborations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media campaigns, and advertising, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website optimization, SEO and SEM, to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, ROI, and provide regular reports and analysis to the management team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as back office support and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction throughout the sales and marketing process.
- Manage budget across all channels and deliverables
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other marketing partners.
- Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation online and offline.
