On behalf of our client, a global leader in the education industry in Indonesia that is looking to hire National Sales Director position and will be responsible for end-to-end sales strategy initiatives. This position will report directly to the Managing Director.
- Develop, lead, and execute national sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual
growth targets. Identify and prioritize focus areas based on market performance and
insights.
- Support licensed partners in optimizing their center-level sales effectiveness through
training, campaign execution, and performance management.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3 Regional Directors. Foster a
collaborative, results-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the national marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns
that drive leads, enrolments, and retention. Monitor performance and adapt strategies as
needed.
- Use KPIs and reporting tools to monitor national and regional performance. Identify
trends, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal departments (marketing, operations, product) and
external stakeholders (licensed partners) to align on priorities and execution plans.
