Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of the business unit.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define short-term, medium-term, and long-term operational development plans.
Implement business development strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
Strengthen business networks within target markets and build strong consumer connections.
Manage relationships with partners, government agencies, associations, and other stakeholders.
Oversee and evaluate business unit operations, including production, logistics, and sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree in any major (Animal Husbandry or Management preferred)
At least 7 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in the poultry industry.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership skills, including coaching and counseling.
