Job Description

We’re currently assisting one of our clients, a well-established hospitality and lifestyle group, in finding a talented Executive Pastry Chef to lead and manage the dessert & pastry operations of their flagship outlet.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of dessert & pastry operations, including kitchen staff supervision.

  • Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.

  • Drive innovation and R&D in pastry creation and menu development.

  • Maintain efficient kitchen operations and cost control.

  • Train, motivate, and lead a skilled pastry team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum several years of proven experience in a senior pastry leadership role, ideally as an Executive Pastry Chef.

  • Strong expertise and passion for pastry and dessert creation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize kitchen operations effectively.

  • Skilled in identifying issues and providing practical, timely solutions.

  • Goal-oriented and committed to delivering consistent results.

  • Confident in delegating tasks and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Up to date with modern pastry trends, techniques, and best practices.

  • Demonstrates professionalism in both appearance and attitude.
