
We’re currently assisting one of our clients, a well-established hospitality and lifestyle group, in finding a talented Executive Pastry Chef to lead and manage the dessert & pastry operations of their flagship outlet.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of dessert & pastry operations, including kitchen staff supervision.
Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
Drive innovation and R&D in pastry creation and menu development.
Maintain efficient kitchen operations and cost control.
Train, motivate, and lead a skilled pastry team.
Minimum several years of proven experience in a senior pastry leadership role, ideally as an Executive Pastry Chef.
Strong expertise and passion for pastry and dessert creation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and organize kitchen operations effectively.
Skilled in identifying issues and providing practical, timely solutions.
Goal-oriented and committed to delivering consistent results.
Confident in delegating tasks and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Up to date with modern pastry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Demonstrates professionalism in both appearance and attitude.
