Legal/Regulatory Staff

Our firm is supporting a Chinese household products company in Indonesia in identifying a Legal Staff to oversee BPOM and SNI regulatory registrations.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, submit, and manage regulatory documents and licenses, including BPOM, Halal, PKRT, SNI, and production permits
• Ensure all products comply with BPOM regulations and applicable standards from relevant authorities
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, product development teams, and government agencies to ensure smooth registration and licensing processes
• Manage and review technical and regulatory documentation such as ingredient lists, labels, test results, and certificates
• Monitor and analyze regulatory compliance, identifying potential risks and their impact on the business
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with regulatory bodies, including BPOM, Ministry of Health, and LPPOM MUI
• Support import and distribution activities by ensuring regulatory readiness and valid permits
