Head of Operations (Mom & Baby - Skincare)

We are looking for a Head of Operations on behalf of our clients,  for a well-knowna local skincare product made with natural ingredients and formulated for all ages, safe for both mothers and children.

This role is essentially a Head of Operations / Head of Supply Chain position, serving as the senior leader responsible for overseeing all operational functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Operations Leadership
• Lead and oversee all operational functions across the organization.
• Ensure operations are efficient, scalable, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary driver of operational execution to support company growth.
2. Supply Chain Management
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Optimize inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Ensure product availability aligns with sales and growth targets.
3. Distribution & Channel Expansion
• Manage and develop a nationwide distributor network.
• Lead distribution expansion initiatives across multiple channels.
• Improve outlet coverage and distribution effectiveness.
4. Vendor & Logistics Management
• Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, logistics providers, and distributors.
• Monitor service levels and operational costs.
• Ensure efficient and reliable product distribution.
5. Inventory Planning & Forecasting
• Design and implement robust inventory management systems.
• Develop data-driven demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Align operational planning with revenue and sales objectives.
6. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Establish scalable SOPs and operational workflows.
• Develop and strengthen QC/QA systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
7. Team Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead and manage large operational teams (50+ employees).
• Develop internal talent and succession plans.
• Build high-performing teams and groom future leaders within the organization.
