- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new customers and strategic accounts.

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor pipeline performance, and ensure profitability through effective pricing and commercial strategies.
- Present sales performance, market insights, and business opportunities to senior management.
