Job Description

On behalf of our client, an export company focused on seafood is currently looking for a Sales - Manager role.

Sales Manager

Lead contract, pricing, and trade term negotiations with buyers.
Coordinate internal order processing and handle buyer communication in Mandarin and English.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and new export buyers, especially in China.
Formulate annual/monthly sales plans and identify new domestic and export market opportunities.
Monitor market trends, evaluate sales performance, and prepare regular reports

Sales Staff

Source new domestic and international clients and conduct market research for export opportunities (Seafood products).
Pitch products to potential buyers, handle quotation and contract negotiations, and follow up until closing orders.
Monitor order progress, ensure smooth export/import documentation, and resolve any issues during shipment.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets and undertake business travel to meet buyers or evaluate markets when required.
Maintain the client database and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and progress reports.

Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) and English.
Minimum 10 years in Sales, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
Experience in seafood, F&B, or the import-export industry is highly preferred.
Possess an established international buyer network, particularly in China and Asia.
Strong proficiency in negotiation, sales strategy, market analysis, and leadership.
Target-oriented, resilient under pressure, and willing to travel internationally for business.

Sales Staff

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales, specifically within the seafood import-export industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin (Required) and English.
Ability to work well in a team, with high initiative and motivation.
Solid understanding of current market trends and consumer demands.
