The Head of HR is a strategic leadership position responsible for directing all Human Resources functions to support the company's rapid growth in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the Country Manager and regional leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, profitability, and expansion plans.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment (professional and mass hiring) and develop talent management strategies, including performance evaluations and succession planning.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance, and inclusive workplace culture. This includes advocacy for employee mental health and developing programs for new managers.
- HR Operations & Administration: Manage the HR team and oversee all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local labor regulations and company policies.
