On behalf of our client, a leading F&B company, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefit Senior Manager to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

To handle Payroll, Medical Insurance & Tax
To handle monthly medical insurance and regulator health insurance (BPJS)
To prepare monthly Tax Article 21 calculation and to deliver yearly SPT calculation and distribution

Holding bachelor’s degree in accounting and or tax is preferable
At least 10 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefit and manage a big team from the industry of retail/hospitality/F&B with exposure in multiple brands
Experienced in end-to-end process payroll and able to use payroll system
Have the experiences in handling medical insurance, regulatory health insurance (BPJS) and BPJS TK
Proven work experience in handling Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT
Strong knowledge of Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT (1721)
Good in Mathematics & Strong Analytics
Very good in Excel Formula or Access Formula, Macro is a plus
Self-Driven, Able to work in team, under pressure, persistence, and able to stay motivated in tight deadline
Positive attitude, humble and willing to learn
Able to work in long hours
