We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HRBP to lead the people agenda and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing consumer brand. This role will serve as a key business partner to leadership, ensuring that talent, culture, and organizational capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational growth and performance.
- Design and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and frameworks to support a growing workforce.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and culture transformation.
- Develop performance management and employee engagement programs to enhance productivity and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and provide guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Utilize HR analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
