Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HRBP to lead the people agenda and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing consumer brand. This role will serve as a key business partner to leadership, ensuring that talent, culture, and organizational capabilities are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational growth and performance.
  • Design and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and frameworks to support a growing workforce.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and culture transformation.
  • Develop performance management and employee engagement programs to enhance productivity and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and provide guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
  • Utilize HR analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as HRBP Manager, HR Manager, or equivalent.
  • Experience within Mom & Baby, Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or other fast-growing consumer brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in building and implementing end-to-end HR systems and people processes.
  • Strong experience in organizational development, talent management, performance management, and culture transformation.
  • Sound knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employee relations practices.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
