We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives for a leading cosmetics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty industry, preferably within decorative cosmetics, and a proven track record in brand management, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and execute annual brand plans, budget allocation, brand positioning strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Drive new product launches from concept development through execution, ensuring successful market introduction.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, product performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and business success.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
