Currently, we are assisting a National Plus trilingual school under one of Indonesia's leading property groups in hiring a Vice Principal – Primary School (Mandarin Speaking).

Assist the Principal in overseeing the daily operations of the primary school

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role as a Coordinator or Vice Principal within Primary education
Strong understanding of Primary school curriculum and child development
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage
Experience in bilingual or multicultural learning environments is highly valued
Experience working in SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) schools or with international curricular is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and administration to achieve educational goals
Strong commitment to promoting student growth, teacher effectiveness, and a supportive school environment
Experience in implementing international education frameworks or facilitating individualized learning plans for students
